Dear Student;
The Islamic & Arabic Studies Department is pleased to inform you that the Online Approval System is activated to receive requests for closed sections. A link to the system is shown bellow.
Before you start filling the application form please read the following instructions carefully:
(1) All fields in the application form are needed.
(2) You are allowed to have only one request at a time. You will not be able to make another request until we process your first request.
(3) When your request is received you will receive a confirmation message though email address (Please inter a valid email address).
(4) When your request is approved you will receive a notification message. You must collect the Approval Form from (Building 17, Room 222).
(5) Failing to collect the Approval Form within 24 ساعة (from receiving the approval message) will cancel your request.
(6) When your request is rejected you will receive a notification message. You can then make another request.
